We have been continuing to go on our nature walks and have been exploring different areas at the University. The children are enjoying these journeys immensely and are able to investigate at their own pace and lead their own learning through the undergrowth of the trees, as well as in the leaves. There are many exciting discoveries to be had as well as new sensory experiences to be treasured.
It is hard to believe that it is already November and nearly Christmas! It’s a very busy time of the year for everyone.
The new building is being built at the builder's yard and the estimated time of delivery onto the Creche site is 23 January.
We have been busy with our gardens. The children have been learning about growing things as they have planted, potted and watered. Our environment is very important to us all. Watch for the sunflowers in mid-summer. We have also been doing plenty of bug hunts, catching mostly worms which the children find fascinating.
